3 · Adopt your initials

Type your initials once to adopt them. Then click “Initial this section” beside each policy — each click records your adopted initials with a date and time stamp.

4 · Terms and conditions

The M3 Business Networking Group is a professional organization committed to improving business growth through networking, social media, and shared knowledge. Membership is subject to the following terms.

  1. 01

    Membership eligibility

    • Hold a valid business license, if applicable.
    • Maintain business insurance, if applicable.
    • Maintain a good business rating in the community.
    • If a business does not have any positive ratings or reviews, admission is at the discretion of the leadership board.
  2. 02

    Meeting schedule & attendance policy

    • Meetings are held Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
    • There is no meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
    • Tardiness: members arriving after 9:15 AM are considered late.
    • Absences: members are allowed up to 6 absences per year.
    • Substitutions: unlimited substitutes are allowed.
    • The sign-in sheet is mandatory.
    • Every 3 tardies count as 1 absence.
    • Habitual tardiness may result in dismissal review.
  3. 03

    Membership categories

    • One business category per annual membership.
    • Additional categories require an additional $600 fee and a separate representative.
  4. 04

    Membership fee & payment policy

    • The initial fee is $600 and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Payment is due within 30 days of sign-up.
  5. 05

    Leadership & voting

    • Annual elections are held for leadership positions.
    • President and Vice President require one year of prior leadership experience.
  6. 06

    Leave of absence & special circumstances

    • A written request is required. Your category is held during an approved leave.
  7. 07

    Facebook tagging & social engagement policy

    • Members must maintain an active Facebook account and tag or share content for at least 25% of the group annually. Failure to do so may result in removal.
  8. 08

    Conflict of interest policy

    • Members must disclose participation in other networking groups.
5 · Electronic signature

I consent to do business electronically with M3 Business Network Group. I agree that my typed or drawn initials and signature below are my legal electronic signature, that they have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature on paper, and that this agreement may be stored and reproduced electronically. I understand I may instead request a paper copy by emailing the chapter before submitting this form.
